Biography

Kara E. Lehnhardt the presenter of I’m an ECE Administrator! Now What? Scaffolding for Career Development and Program Improvement, is the Director of Technology Initiatives at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership. In her role Ms. Lehnhardt serves as the project supervisor for the Aim4Excellence™ national director credential and orchestrates the Center’s technology trainings and online marketing efforts. Prior to joining the Center, she directed a YWCA training program reaching more than 4,000 early childhood professionals and families each year. Ms. Lehnhardt previously served as the Center’s Business Manager, lead a national train the-trainer initiative, created marketing materials for various non-profit organizations, and has conducted numerous local, state, and national presentations. Ms. Lehnhardt holds a Bachelors of Arts in organizational communication and Masters of Business Administration.
